Who we are
This site, aicustomerresearch.com, is run by Caitlin Sullivan, a sole proprietor trading as AI Customer Research, Germany. Contact: caitlin@aicustomerresearch.com. In these terms, “I” and “me” mean Caitlin Sullivan, and “you” means the person buying or using what’s on this site.
Who you’re buying from
Kits and courses bought on this site are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, VAT, invoices and refunds, and your purchase is also covered by Paddle’s buyer terms. These terms cover what you get and how you can use it.
Claude Code for Customer Insights is sold on Maven. Maven’s terms and the Maven Guarantee apply to that course.
What you get
- Kits are downloadable files: skill files, instructions and synthetic practice data. Once you’ve downloaded them, they’re yours to keep. If a product page includes updates for a set period, such as 6 months, you get every update released in that period.
- Courses are recorded tutorials, workflows, files and synthetic practice data. You have access for as long as the course is offered. If I ever retire a course, I’ll email you at least 30 days before, so you can download the files.
Prices are shown on each product page. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where it applies.
How you can use it
Each purchase is a license for one person. You can use the kit or course at work or for your own personal use, including on your employer’s and clients’ projects.
You can’t:
- share your files, login or downloads with other people. Each person who uses them needs their own purchase. Team pricing is available.
- repurpose the files, lessons or recordings into anything you sell, including courses, kits, templates, trainings or paid content.
- resell, publish or redistribute them, in whole or in part.
I own the copyright in the kits, courses and everything else on this site. Buying gives you the license above, not ownership of the material.
Refunds
See the refund policy for kits and courses.
Tools you need
Kits and courses run on third-party AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. Those tools aren’t included, their providers’ terms apply to them, and they can change how they work at any time. Each product page lists what you need.
What I can and can’t promise
The kits and courses teach methods and give you working files. Your results depend on your data, your tools and how you apply them. AI output can be wrong, so check findings against your source data before you or anyone else acts on them. The courses teach you how.
Free resources and the newsletter
The free tools, recorded sessions and newsletter are for your own use. The same rules apply: don’t resell or republish them. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Liability
I’m liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, I’m only liable for breaching an essential contractual obligation, and only up to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when you bought. Otherwise, my liability is excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
